The Bannermen’s Global (Digital) Asset Partnership Program (GAP Program) is a Partnership Program created by The Bannermen in conjunction with some of the world’s leading brands over 10 years. This production partnership is designed to help global brands overcome the traditional challenges associated with delivering high-quality, consistent digital assets to local markets on time and on budget.
Despite being the fastest-growing market in advertising, digital display campaigns continue to be incredibly difficult to deliver. Often, central creative teams are tasks with producing campaigns before local markets have any idea what sizes or types of deliverables will be included in their final media buy.
This lack of coordination results in brand managers racing to deliver a potentially infinite number of assets to dozens of local markets, each with its own technical & legal delivery requirements and deadlines. If this sounds impossible, it is because it is.

With over 10 years experiencing producing digital campaigns for some of the world’s largest brands, we have experienced first-hand what it takes to deliver high-quality, creative digital campaigns across global markets and we have distilled that knowledge into the TBM Global Digital Asset Partnership Program to help your brand deliver faster and get better results.
TBM’s GAP Partnership program is designed to remove the stress and guesswork out of digital campaign delivery by standardizing the number and type of assets delivered for every campaign. The benefits of partnering with The Bannermen to streamline your global asset production and delivery to local markets are twofold –
- Since TBM will produce the same assets, in the same format and sizes, for each campaign, local markets will know in advance which sizes of animated banners they will be receiving for each campaign.
- This top-down approach gives local markets the leverage to request a media plan that includes standard sizes and technical specifications well in advance of any individual campaign. Over time, this system serves to reduce the number of sizes that media agencies will request and makes campaign delivery more predictable and consistent.
- TBM GAP Program Partners, including local market managers, will receive step by step tutorials, a dedicated Partnership Representative and 24hr TBM support specialists
- Allowing local markets to contact TBM directly reduces the burden on central marketing teams and helps local markets receive the help they need to deliver campaigns faster (with no middle man). Our free on-going support, training and consultation helps us educate all members of your team (central and local) to better understand the digital advertising ecosystem and advocate for better placements which produce better results overtime.
In general, our Partnership program allows brands to spend more time focusing on creative results and less time fighting with media agencies. Over time, brands that stick with this system absolutely see better results from the digital campaigns over time.
The Bannermen’s Global (Digital) Asset Partnership Program (GAP Program) is designed to overcome the traditional challenges associated with delivering high quality, consistent digital assets to local markets on time and on budget.
Under this program, The Bannermen team will work closely with a central creative team and brand guardians to produce a standard set of digital assets for each campaign that will be distributed to individual markets well in advance of the local distribution/live dates.
Unlike other production agencies, TBM support does not end when assets are delivered to the local markets. Instead, we provide helpful guides, step by step tutorials and 24hr support to help local design teams adapt the standard creative assets to their specific technical requirements.
For local markets without in-house design or development resource, TBM offers special partnership pricing to produce those assets quickly and at a reduced rate.
Individual markets can count on TBM’s continued technical support even after campaigns have been delivered. We offer a series of free training sessions to educate your team on the technical and creative aspects of digital display.
Finally, TBM technical consultants are always available to provide free technical consultation with local media agencies can help markets better understand technical requirements and push for more premium placement for the highest possible return on future campaigns.

- Set the Number of Standard HTML5 Creatives in Standard Sizes
- The HTML banners included in the TBM Global Assets are built to IAB standard specs with the highest possible quality images with the lowest possible file size. Because of this, TBM Global Assets should fit easily into most media plans.
- Templated Static Designs Layouts to produce various-sized Static Placements
- Templates are designed to be easily converted to any specific pixel size required by your media plan

- Step by Step directions for Asset Localization
- Reduced Rates on additional asset production for any TBM GAP campaigns
- On-Going Technical Support
- Free Training for Digital Advertisement technical Production & Creative
- Free Technical Consultation with Media Agencies on all future campaigns
TBM Global Packaged files are designed to easily adapt to your local markets’ individual needs.
For static placements, TBM Global Files included easy-to-use templates in three different layouts (landscape, portrait, square) that can be easily converted to match any sized static placements required by your media plan.
The HTML banners included in the TBM Global Files are built to IAB standard specs with the highest possible quality images with the lowest possible file size. - Anyone with a computer can work with TBM Packaged files; however, adapting global assets for local markets (ex: translating text or swapping images) requires access to Adobe Photoshop and we recommend any design updates be completed by a trained graphic designer.
If your team does not have access to Adobe Photoshop, TBM can provide access to the designs for your campaign as Figma files. Figma is a free online design program. To request a Figma version of the designs for your campaign, please contact your TBM Partnership representative or you can fill out this form and a TBM support specialist will reach out to you ASAP.
TBM Global Digital Assets include static templates in three different layouts: Landscape, Portrait, or Square. Those templates are designed to be easily converted to whatever static placement sizes are necessary for your upcoming campaign. Once you have adjusted those templates to match the necessary pixel sizes for your upcoming campaign, Static JPGs can be extracted and sent to your media agency for trafficking.

TBM offers discounted production rates to all GAP Program Partners. If you would like to pay for an additional design resource or support, to adapt or extract static placements from the global assets provided, please contact your TBM Partnership representative or you can fill out this form and a TBM support specialist will reach out to you ASAP.
An ad server is where your HTML5 banner is stored during your live campaign so that it can be easily accessed and displayed on websites all over the world.
Different ad servers have different technical requirements to be able to store and serve your HTML5 banners effectively. Presently, there is no cross-server standardization between different ad servers, so a banner built for Google’s ad servers will not work on Amazon’s servers and vice versa.
The code that supports ad servers is not visible and therefore, updating the ad server for your HTML5 banner does NOT impact your HTML5 animations or creative in any way.
Your media agency will be able to tell you what ad server they will be using for your digital campaign.

There are several technical reasons why your HTML5 banners might be rejected by your media agency and most issues are easily resolved. To troubleshoot any delivery issues on your own, please see our troubleshooting tutorials here – xxx
TBM is happy to provide on-going, 24hr support to all GAP Program Partners – if your HTML5 creatives have been rejected for your upcoming campaign and you require immediate assistance, contact your TBM Partnership representative or you can fill out this form and a TBM support specialist will reach out to you ASAP.
Depending on your Partnership agreement, you may receive HTML5 banners built for more than one ad server. You only need to update the HTML5 files associated with the specific ad server for your upcoming campaign.
Your media agency should be able to tell you what ad server you are using for this campaign and which set of HTML5 banners you should be providing for trafficking.
Digital display advertisements supplied as GIF files are usually low quality and provide a low-end user experience, so GIF files are not included in TBM Global Digital Assets. Where appropriate, we recommend providing static JPGs for any GIF placements and those JPG can be produced using the Static Design Templates included in your TBM Global Digital Asset Packaged Files.
